Having studied human resource management as my first degree and getting a professional qualification in human resource management it's in me to have all the interest that HR is.
Every time i get into the office i get amazed at how people behave in terms of how they talk,dress,respond to clients,perform a task, relate to fellow employees,behave at different times of the day,week,month and year;how managers deal with junior employees in terms of delegation supervision,interpersonal relationships;how things are done,what policies are in place and what procedures have been developed to implement these policies.
Walk with me this journey as we explore more on all about human resources and its management : Remuneration , recruitment and selection, performance management ,organization development, training ,employee relations, welfare, health and safety,communication,employee motivation, administration, leadership and how this big function relates to other functions of management in an organisation.
